My name is Wayne Bradley and everybody calls me Haint.  I was born in Red Bank, TN, but grew up in Los Angeles, CA.  I was influenced by the beatnik coffee houses and psychedelic art of the late 50's and early 60's.  I lived in Lafayette, GA for 20 years and worked as a truck driver.  But I have always had the compulsion to make art.

I draw and make circles.  I make intricate shadowboxes with layers of color and geometric patterns from recycled matting board and acrylic paint.  For me the circles represent the fullness of God's creation.  And the industrial style represents our high tech culture that is often at odds with His creation.  God made the whole world in one great intricate pattern, and when we change things in it without knowing what we are doing we can ruin His pattern.

I'm not normal by the world's standards.  I know that - I don't fit the mold - and that's by choice.  I don't accept the rules of anything pertaining to the corrupt fallen nature of carnal man.  I walk in the spirit.  The spirit of God has led me into knowing the eternal.  I will never die spiritually.  My art may fade away as time moves on.  But I will live forever more.  I am standing in the here and now, disconnecting from pride, greed and selfishness.  Respect is a part of love.  Eat it up.  Understand you are nothing without God's grace.  Give up, stand up, and be who you are.  My art is me, and my spirit.  And my spirit belongs to the main artist, who flows through me, and leaks out through the pen, brush, or whatever medium I am working in.  I take no credit.  My general history is no different from yours.  I have good days and bad days.  I've made bad choices in this temporal life of mine.  I believe that you reap what you sow.  Love is the most important thing and the key element of wisdom.

I call my art hippie-folk.  Peace and Love.
